A greenhouse has been used at Erickson Collegiate for 20 years.  It has developed from a simple cold frame to the 20 x 20 heated and watered structure that it is today.  For each part of the program's evolution, the students have had a hand, literally, in building the greenhouses.  Each year, we produce numerous hanging baskets, bedding plants and vegetables from seed.  Metaphorically speaking, it never ceases to amaze me what can become from planting the tiniest seed.
