The English Language Arts program will consist of many
components, including independent and group novel studies, and various
thematic units which will incorporate reading, writing, listening, speaking,
and viewing/representing. For
Spelling, we will use the Steck Vaughn Grade Five
and Grade Six textbooks. Students will practice 20 words each week.
