Application forms are available upon request. The forms are available at the Yellowhead Regional Employment Skills and Services and the Adult Learning Centre.

A registration fee of $25 must accompany the completed application form.

Interested students are asked to contact the ALC to arrange an interview prior to application to discuss career goals and possible course selection. A "Learning Plan" can be developed at that time.
