Who Might Be Interested?

• Adults over age 19 and out of school for 6 months
• Adults wanting mature students diploma to continue education/training
• Adults wishing credits/upgrading to attend College or University
• Adults wishing specific courses to apply for jobs
• Adults wishing computer skills

Where is the Centre?

• The Adult Learning Centre is located at 131 Main Street South in Minnedosa

What is a Mature Student Diploma?

• A diploma recognized by the Province for entry into College and University
• 8 credits - Grade 12 English and Grade 12 Math are required plus 6 additional credits based on student needs

What Does it Cost?

• A $25.00 registration fee

How Do I Apply?

• Complete a registration form
• Meet with a counsellor to develop an educational plan

When Can I Start?

• Students can enroll anytime from September to May
• Daily classes from 8:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
• Evening classes - 2 nights/week 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
