PROGRAMS --- SUCCESSMAKER

Rolling River School Division offers a SuccessMaker Program in the elementary schools in the division.

SuccessMaker is a very effective computer assisted program. Students are enrolled at various levels in the reading and/or mathematics courses for approximately 15 minutes 3 to 4 times a week either continuously or for 4 - 6 weeks at a time. The software is highly adaptive, starting with an automatic placement procedure, then moving forward, concept by concept and strand by strand (multiplication, problem solving, comprehension, etc.) in small "bite-sized" pieces, based on demonstrated mastery.

SuccessMaker courseware, with its individually dedicated management system, provides the core skills in reading/language arts, mathematics, and science for elementary education students to achieve results that will integrate into all areas of future learning.
