Mission Statement
Tanner’s Crossing will provide quality learning opportunities within a safe and respectful school community.

Vision Statement Tanner’s Crossing School will continually strive for: 1. Holistic Education of students Develop social skills and healthy lifestyles. Promote the importance of community service Promote the importance of respect for self, property and others. Organize whole school activities. Provide opportunities for quality sports and arts programs. 2. Quality learning opportunities Provide a variety of programming, methodologies and strategies Cooperative learning Technology Multiple intelligence teaching Individualized instruction (help students reach their full potential) 3. Collaboration within the school and community Encourage teamwork through team meetings, committees, and coaching/mentoring Promote classroom supports. (E.g. About Our School Tanner's Crossing School is located in the beautiful valley town of Minnedosa, Manitoba. We are located 45 km north of the City of Brandon and approximately 50 km south of Riding Mountain National Park. Our school is situated on the Little Saskatchewan River immediately west of the Minnedosa Collegiate Institute. We have 364 students in our school from Kindergarten to Grade 8 with 50 professional and support staff.
