On October 24th, Shauna and Lindy from the Wildlife Haven Rehabilitation Centre came to Tanner’s Crossing School to present to the grade four students. They taught us about rehabilitating animals from Manitoba. We also had three special animal guests that could not go back into the wild. They brought a hawk named Avro, an American kestrel named Kricket, and, last but not least, a western hognose snake named Bruce. We learned to keep animals in their habitat. So please leave animals in the wild!
