The Board will develop its' programming and budget considering the information received from its' stakeholders and will publish and present its proposed budget in mid-February of each year.
Guiding Principles of Board Governance
The Rolling River School Division Board of Trustees will:

provide leadership and overall direction for the School Division by setting policy, determining priorities and establishing goals.

provide the human and fiscal resources to fulfill its mission in a manner that reflects practicality, vision and trusteeship.

delegate to the Superintendent the authority to implement, attain and/or maintain policy, priorities and goals.
